Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services
- Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, office assistants, securities and drivers
- Monitoring of facility environment and outstations
- Ensuring that facilities of the company meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
- Maintenance and security of the facility
- Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained and provided
Requirements:
- Candidates should fall within the age bracket of 22-28years
- Minimum academic qualification of B.S.C or HND in engineering or technology courses with minimum of second class lower/lower credit
- Candidate must possess a WAEC certificate with minimum of 5 credit (including mathematics and English
- Candidate must have completed the NYSC program.
