Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee daily operations and proper maintenance of the office complex, including repair works, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical systems, and office equipment.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repairs, security, and cleaning.
- Space Optimization: Manage office layouts, seating, and storage to support workflow efficiency.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and execute response plans for emergencies (e.g., power outages, security breaches).
