Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
- Supervising team of staff, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
- Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well maintained.
- Ensuring that the properties are well-maintained at all times
- Control
activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building
security, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND / BSc / BA in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven 1-3 years experience as a facility officer
- Knowledge of technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good analytical/critical thinking.
