Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
- Manage routine and preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and control facility budgets, including repair and maintenance expenses.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Implement and maintain facility management best practices.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures for facility operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to support production needs and address facility-related concerns.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
