We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Factory Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive productivity across all units within our production facility. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a clean, functional, and safe working environment across the factory
- Promote and enforce factory safety by ensuring all safety equipment is fully operational
- Oversee strict adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain up-to-date operational and regulatory factory permits
- Ensure full compliance with state and national HSE policies
- Coordinate with relevant departments to account for all items purchased or imported
- Inspect finished goods to ensure compliance with established quality standards
- Monitor and maintain factory machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with quality control managers to execute quality assurance processes
- Liaise with the production unit to ensure all necessary materials are available for seamless operations
- Supervise and coordinate all fleet management activities including maintenance and repair
- Ensure timely renewal of all vehicle documentation with the appropriate agencies
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline factory operations and improve efficiency
- Organize and lead weekly factory meetings to review performance and resolve issues
- Analyze production data to identify trends and resolve production bottlenecks
- Manage all administrative and HR-related activities in the factory environment
- Motivate and support factory workers in achieving production targets
- Ensure compliance with all personnel policies and labor regulations
- Prepare and manage annual budgets for equipment, machinery, and vehicle maintenance
- Generate and submit weekly/monthly operational reports to the Managing Director, copying the Operations Manager
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in factory or production management
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and SOP implementation
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage budgets, logistics, and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
