We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Factory Manager to oversee and streamline our tailoring operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the tailoring factory, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate the workflow and allocate tasks among tailors to meet production deadlines.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout all stages of production.
- Train, mentor, and manage the performance of tailors to optimize skills and productivity.
- Develop and implement efficient production processes and strategies to minimize waste.
- Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools are in excellent working condition.
- Collaborate with designers, production teams, and management to ensure seamless execution of garment designs.
- Enforce health and safety regulations within the factory.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a tailoring or garment production unit.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, patterns, and tailoring techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of sewing machinery maintenance is a plus.
