Factory Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily factory operations and ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervise production staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded.
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to maintain high-quality output.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement in the production process and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth workflow.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the factory.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in factory supervision or quality assurance, preferably in a garment factory.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
