Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Worker to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment
- Assemble and package battery products
- Conduct quality control checks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- SSCE or equivalent qualification
- 1+ year of experience in a factory setting (preferably in manufacturing)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25kg
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work shifts (including nights and weekends)
