We are seeking an experienced and driven Farm Manager to oversee all aspects of farm operations and lead our team to success. The Farm Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete operations of the farm, ensuring the effective management of livestock care, and overall farm sustainability. This role involves leading a team of farm workers, managing budgets, implementing modern agricultural practices, and driving innovation.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring all farm operations, and Poultry care.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm equipment, machinery, and infrastructure.
- Ensure that all farm activities comply with environmental, safety, and health regulations.
- Recruit, train, and manage farm staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Evaluate staff performance and implement training programs to improve skills and efficiency.
- Develop and manage the farm's budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including expenses, revenue, and payroll.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Monitor poultry bird's health, implementing pest control, fertilization, and disease management programs as needed.
- Manage breeding programs and ensure the well-being of livestock, including feeding, housing, and veterinary care.
- Implement sustainable farming practices to conserve resources and enhance environmental stewardship.
- Stay informed of industry trends, new technologies, and best agriculture practices.
- Explore and adopt innovative farming techniques to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Farm Manager or in a similar agricultural leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of poultry management, and modern farming techniques.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical stamina and willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A degree in agriculture, agribusiness, or a related field is preferred.
