Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day farm operations, including planting, harvesting, feeding, and caring for livestock.
- Follow instructions and complete tasks in assigned agro-farm sections.
- Maintain farm equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean and functional.
- Monitor the health of crops and animals, reporting any concerns promptly.
- Participate in training to develop skills in crop or animal farming.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the farm area.
- Support the team with additional tasks as required to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in farming (crop or animal farming).
- Ability to communicate effectively in Pidgin English.
- Willingness to be trained in various farming techniques and sections.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
