Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
- Conceptualize and create unique, trendsetting designs for apparel, accessories
- Develop detailed sketches, prototypes, and technical drawings for new collections.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Incorporate market research findings into the design process.
Material and Fabric Selection:
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality fabrics, trims, and other materials.
- Ensure materials align with the design's functionality and aesthetic goals.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are translated into finished products.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align designs with branding strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
