Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Pattern Making and Cutting: Create and modify patterns to ensure accurate fit and proportions. Cut fabric accurately using patterns and cutting equipment.
- Sewing and Garment Construction: Sew dresses from start to finish, ensuring high-quality construction, accurate seams, and attention to detail.
- Fitting and Alterations: Conduct fittings to ensure proper fit and make necessary alterations to achieve a perfect fit.
- Fabric Selection and Management: Select fabrics suitable for ready-to-wear dresses, manage fabric inventory, and ensure efficient use of materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect garments for quality, fit, and construction, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Production Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet production deadlines, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of garments.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure effective communication, resolve issues, and achieve company goals.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience is required
- SSCE certificate is required
