Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Fashion Designer to join our team and lead the research and production of innovative clothing lines that align with current market trends.designs and assists with the production of clothing, shoes and accessories, identifies trends, and selects styles, fabrics, colors, prints and trims for a collection. He/she either design haute couture or ready-to-wear clothing.As a Fashion Designer, you will have the exciting opportunity to travel to fashion events, analyze market data, and identify emerging fashion trends.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to lines and create new concepts
- Ensure products are in agreement with business strategy
- Select fabrics and trims
- Create production sketches for development packages
- Collaborate with a technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate
- Superior knowledge of fashion design principles
- Excellent creativity with a good sense of fashion and style
- In-depth knowledge of garment technology
- Ability to create, cut and sew-up patterns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, fine arts, or related field with 2-5 years experience.
- Proven work experience as a Fashion Designer or similar role
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to use industrial Machines
- Ability to do sketches by hand
- Excellent design and conceptual skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Fashion Designer.
- Proficiency in computer-aided fashion design applications and digital visualization tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
