Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source and order fabrics, accessories, and other materials.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing.
- Track inventory levels and ensure materials are available when needed.
- Coordinate deliveries and check product quality.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Keep records of orders and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Minimum of OND in any related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of procurement, inventory, or customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or inventory management tools.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
- Candidates must reside within the Lagos Island axis
Location: Lagos Island
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
