We are seeking a detail-oriented fashion manager to oversee various aspects, including design, production, sales, and marketing, ensuring the company's brand identity is maintained and profits are generated. He/she is to manage the day-to-day operations of the fashion house, ensuring efficient and effective running of the store.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and guide designers, production staff, and sales teams.
  • Define clear objectives and ensure their achievement.
  • Effectively communicate with employees, clients, and suppliers.
  • Address challenges and find solutions to operational issues.
  • Drive sales growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, visual merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute production plans, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process, identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers,
  • Monitor and control production costs without compromising quality.
  • Stay informed about current and emerging fashion trends,
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with the brand's identity, and select and source high-quality materials.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and trends.
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to build recognition and maintain relevance.
  • Oversee sales efforts and ensure achievement of sales targets, manage customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate will also manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels
  • Minimizing stock discrepancies, and optimizing stock turnover.
  • Develop and manage budgets for design, production, and marketing.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to assess performance.
  • Research fashion trends and be active on social media.


Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of a B.Sc./HND in any course but a Degree in Fashion and Textile is an advantage
  • Required experience is 3 - 5 years
  • Passion for fashion combined with good customer service skills
  • Highly computer literate and the capacity to train
  • Must pay attention to details
  • Understanding of retail e-commerce landscape.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Confidentiality and discretion are a MUST.
  • Sound judgment and instinct to know what on-brand is.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, with a can-do attitude.
  • Must look presentable at all times
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English, especially for social media posts.
  • Punctuality and presentation are key.
