We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee the production process at our studio. You will ensure that all products meet the highest standards from design to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion, preferably in fashion sketching, and a deep understanding of the production process.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations at the Atelier, ensuring all production meets quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Assistant and CEO to bring designs to life.
- Manage the production timeline, ensuring that deadlines are met
- Supervise the packing of orders to ensure they are packaged and shipped according to company standards.
- Ensure materials and production processes are of a very high quality
- Provide support in design development and assist in fashion sketching when necessary.
- Work alongside the creative team to brainstorm and execute design ideas for new collections.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient studio environment.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Degree in a related field
