Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and train a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff, maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards, maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs to meet financial goals.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, special menus, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely and satisfactory service to guests.
  • Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, ensuring ambiance and service are aligned with brand standards.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, time management, and payroll documentation.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular training sessions to improve service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and other regulations.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in handling budgets and inventory management.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Food Safety or Food Handling.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
