We are looking for a Community Fellowship and Outreach Officer (CFO) to lead outreach efforts and assist with church administration. The role involves organizing fellowship activities, managing outreach, and supporting church operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Fellowship Coordination: Organize and facilitate community fellowship events, small group meetings, and prayer sessions to encourage spiritual growth and foster deeper connections within the community.
- Outreach Initiatives: Develop and manage outreach programs aimed at engaging the local community, attracting new members, and providing resources to those in need.Volunteer & Event Management: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for both fellowship activities and outreach initiatives, ensuring events run smoothly and effectively.
- Church Administration Support: Assist the church leadership in day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating church programs, and overseeing church records and documentation.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with local organizations, residents, and leaders to foster collaboration and improve community outreach efforts.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and execute special events, community service projects, and outreach campaigns in line with the church’s vision and mission.
- Administrative Oversight: Handle church communications, maintain accurate membership records, assist with financial reporting, and ensure that church administrative systems are running efficiently.
- Program Evaluation: Track the success of outreach and fellowship programs, gathering feedback to improve future efforts.
- Human Resource Management Duties: Including payroll administration, Dropbox management, Telephone follow-up, and staff management
- Any other role as assigned by your superior officer or the Senior Pastor.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of second class lower division in any degree
- Preferably a female candidate for gender balance
- Minimum of 2 years working experience
- The candidate must be a born again with 2-5 Years of Christian and Community
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
