Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all estate properties, including residential homes, grounds, and facilities. Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of estate staff, including Security, maintenance personnel, and cleaners.
- Budget Management: Develop and maintain budgets for property maintenance, staffing, and other estate-related expenses. Monitor expenses to ensure they remain within budgetary constraints.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for property maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Negotiate contracts and ensure work is completed to high standards.
- Security and Safety: Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard estate properties and residents. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and residents. Address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively to maintain tenant satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to estate management, including record-keeping, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of estate properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans to address any unforeseen incidents or emergencies on estate properties.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to estate management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, or engineering (preferred).
- Proven experience in estate management or property management, with a minimum of [2 years] in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of property maintenance, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to estate management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Location: Ikoyi
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 - 150,000
