Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate daily front desk activities, including mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by monitoring guest log-ins, visitor badges, and entry procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with office organization and maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
- Coordinate with other departments for meeting schedules and visitor arrangements.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, customers, and employees.
- Support HR and administrative teams as required.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- Minimum of SSCE
