Job Summary

The Reservations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest reservations and ensuring maximum occupancy for our properties. This role requires an individual who is both detail-oriented and customer-focused, capable of sourcing guests from various booking platforms and managing guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee guest reservations using online booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize bookings through promotions, seasonal offers, and pricing adjustments.
  • Address guest requests, resolve complaints, and maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
  • Identify opportunities to increase bookings through targeted marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate multiple bookings, guest inquiries, and operational tasks, ensuring efficient handling of all details.
  • Monitor reservation data to provide insights on booking trends, guest preferences, and occupancy rates to inform future strategies.



Requirements:

  • Female preferred
  • Ability to manage and respond to issues that arise quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Minimum of BSc degree preferably in marketing or business
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle reservations and guest needs outside of typical working hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in using online booking platforms to source guests and manage reservations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to handle guest requests, resolve complaints, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
  • Experience in optimizing occupancy rates and creating strategies to maximize bookings, including promotions, seasonal offers, and pricing adjustments.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to manage multiple reservations, guest requests, and operational tasks simultaneously.
