Job Summary
We are seeking two Female Sales Executives to join our team. One will be based at our Victoria Island branch, and the other at our Ikeja branch. The ideal candidates will have a flair for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in female garment sales and merchandising

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their fashion needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Welcome and serve customers providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the outlet.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock reporting.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Assist customers in the process of product selection by ushering them to appropriate sections in the store based on their needs and interest
- Be proactively engaged in upselling and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPI
- Provide good customer service by providing design recommendations based on customer’s preferences, design styles, and fabric swatches
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues related to orders, returns, or refunds, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge by articulating advantages, benefits, and/or fits of various outfits
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of an HND in any related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
