Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the chairman and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- High level of analytical and critical thinking skills
- High level of organization and results-oriented
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate with at least three 3 years experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or Secretary
- Must be very good at Excel and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize
- Great networking abilities
- Availability to work extra hours
