ipNX Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly skilled **Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Project Supervisor** to oversee our fiber-optic network installations. We are looking for a technically proficient individual with solid experience in FTTH technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

.Supervise the installation and deployment of fiber-optic cables directly to homes, ensuring high-quality standards.

.Lead a team of technicians and ensure timely and efficient completion of all FTTH installation projects.

.Conduct site surveys, plan cable routes, and manage fiber network infrastructure.

.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fiber-optic installations, ensuring minimal service interruptions.

.Ensure all work adheres to industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.

.Coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless services to customers.

.Prepare detailed progress reports and provide regular updates to management.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in FTTH technology** with a strong technical background.

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fiber-optic network installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

- In-depth knowledge of fiber-optic network design, installation, and troubleshooting.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate technical teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex technical challenges.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
