We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Field Marketers to join our team to promote and expand the user base of the Oyoyo Events App, a revolutionary platform redefining event planning in Nigeria. As a Field Marketer, you will play a key role in onboarding event vendors (such as decorators, caterers, MCs, DJs, etc).

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach event vendors within assigned locations to introduce the Oyoyo Events App.
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the Oyoyo Events App to potential vendors.
- Guide vendors through the download, onboarding process and assist with profile setup and KYC verification.
- Maintain records of outreach, leads, conversions, and weekly performance.
- Represent Oyoyo Events App in a professional manner, acting as a brand ambassador at all times.
- Meet and exceed weekly onboarding targets.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product team on field observations and vendor needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 6 months - 1 year experience in field marketing, sales, or customer acquisition roles (event industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using apps and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for events and digital technology is an added advantage.
