Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential riders in strategic locations to introduce them to Ciddess.
- Educate prospective riders on how to download, register, and use the app.
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring riders complete their registration successfully.
- Distribute marketing materials and communicate promotional offers.
- Gather feedback from riders to improve customer experience.
- Achieve weekly and monthly rider acquisition targets.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- Minimum of SSCE
