Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement field marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, generate leads, and increase customer engagement across targeted regions.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of regional marketing campaigns, including events, local advertising, and partnerships, to support business objectives.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration and lead generation.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns, using metrics to optimize strategies and report on ROI to the CEO.
  • Content Development: Create and adapt marketing materials, presentations, and collateral to support field marketing activities.
  • Budget Management: Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum impact of marketing efforts.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify regional opportunities, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners and customers to enhance brand reputation and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.


Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Significant experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or related roles, with a track record of successful campaign execution and lead generation.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and develop marketing plans that align with overall business goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical Ability: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with consulting/immigration agencies is a plus.


Remuneration: NGN 300,000 Monthly
