Field Marketing Officer

Job Description

We are a leading health and wellness services provider, committed to enhancing the well-being of our clients through holistic health solutions. We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Wellness Field Marketing Officer to join our team. This role involves hands-on fieldwork to promote our services and engage directly with clients and partners.

Salary: #150,000 plus Commission

Location: Magodo

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote wellness services in targeted areas.
• Actively engage with potential clients in person, through wellness events, community outreach, and corporate partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, fitness centers, healthcare providers, and other relevant partners to expand service reach.
• Organize and attend events such as health fairs, workshops, and wellness programs to raise brand awareness.
• Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, promotional products) and collect client feedback during field activities.
• Conduct market research in the field to identify potential growth areas and gather insights on customer needs.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the in-house marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in field marketing, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or related industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple field campaigns simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.
• Ability to travel within assigned areas for field activities.
• A passion for wellness and healthy living is highly desirable.
• Being medically inclined is a plus.
