Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Field Marketers who will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships, and increasing deposits and sales within their assigned geographical markets. The ideal candidate will have a financial marketing background, a track record in banking, and experience working in dynamic market environments such as Oke Arin, Balogun, Aspanda, and other key markets.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and build strong relationships to promote the bank’s products, focusing on deposit mobilization and loan products in key markets like Oke Arin, Balogun, and Aspanda.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing local marketing strategies tailored to traders and businesses in the assigned market.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager and team to ensure seamless customer service and support post-sales client retention efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial marketing or banking roles, preferably with experience working in market-facing positions.
- Previous experience working with microfinance banks or financial institutions in similar roles is a strong advantage.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of clients.
- Proven ability to generate business and meet sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of the financial services sector, particularly deposit mobilization and loan marketing.
- Familiarity with working in major markets like Oke Arin, Balogun, Aspanda, or similar business environments.
