Job Summary
A Field Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing field operations, conducting site visits, gathering data, and ensuring that project activities are implemented efficiently. They act as the primary point of contact between the Organization and the field, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines, reporting progress, and identifying any challenges or areas of improvement. The Field Officer will be responsible for executing on-site project activities, monitoring field operations, and collecting relevant data. This role involves liaising with clients or their representatives, stakeholders, project beneficiaries, and team members to ensure smooth project delivery. The Field Officer will also provide regular reports, assist in troubleshooting issues on the ground, and ensure that activities comply with organizational standards and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits and monitor project implementation.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align field activities with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in either of the following: Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building, or any other related field.
- 1 year of proven experience in field operations or project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in field settings.
- Proficiency in data collection and reporting
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 250,000
