Field Officer

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Assist in the onboarding process by verifying customer information and ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
• Monitor and oversee loan repayment activities, assisting in recovery processes to ensure timely payment of loans.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and performance targets, ensuring that operational goals are achieved.
• Conduct field visits to assess customer needs, verify documents, and monitor customer engagements.
• Provide regular updates to management on customer feedback, field activities, and the status of loan repayments.
• Address customer queries and resolve any issues related to services or loan recovery in a timely manner.
• Ensure all field activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory standards.
• Work independently in the field, managing time and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and accurate customer records.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Experience in customer service and relationship management.
• Knowledge of KYC regulations and loan recovery processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
