Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and engage potential clients, especially small businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals.
- Conduct market surveys and community outreach to raise awareness about our services.
- Develop relationships with clients, acting as a representative of the institution in the field.
- Loan Disbursement:
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Conduct field assessments and credit evaluations to ensure clients' eligibility for loans.
- Disburse loans to approved clients while ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
- Loan Recovery & Collection:
- Monitor and follow up with clients to ensure timely loan repayments.
- Proactively manage late payments by identifying repayment challenges and negotiating solutions with clients.
- Keep accurate records of collections, ensuring all financial data is updated in the system.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
