Field Operator

Responsibilities:

• Cargo Handling: Coordinate with yard personnel for unloading and loading operations based on the cargo arrival plan.)
• Record Management: Accurately record the cargo information entering and leaving the yard, and maintain relevant documents and data.)
• On-Site Coordination: Communicate effectively with other team members)

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or above; relevant professional knowledge is preferred.
• Work Experience: Experience in container yard operations or logistics industry is preferred.
• Physical Condition: Good physical health, capable of handling high-intensity physical labor and outdoor working conditions.
• Safety Awareness: Strong safety awareness, and adherence to safety operating procedures to ensure personal and equipment safety.
• Teamwork: Good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, able to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Adaptability: Ability to respond quickly to unexpected situations and possess problem-solving skills.
