Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Field Personnel (Real Estate) who will be responsible for property inspections, sourcing new properties, interacting with clients and landlords, and overseeing basic maintenance works. You’ll serve as the link between our field operations and office activities.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source new properties for rent or sale in the Ajah area.
- Conduct physical inspections and provide detailed reports of properties.
- Interface with landlords, caretakers, agents, and clients.
- Supervise maintenance tasks and monitor artisans on-site.
- Update the office regularly using the smartphone provided.
- Ensure timely and professional delivery.
