Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Market and promote our service plans to new users.
- Inspect and validate devices before onboarding using video evidence.
- Follow up on customer service requests and payments.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SSCE or ND.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or field agent roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
- Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of mobile devices and technology.
- Ability to provide accurate reports and follow up on compliance requirements.
