Field Sales Officer

Job Summary:

As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of life and general insurance products. You will play a key role in building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our business. This role requires strong communication skills, an energetic approach, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to offer our insurance products.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term success.
• Achieve individual sales targets while supporting team objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Report daily activities, sales progress, and customer feedback to the Team Lead.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• OND in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a field-based role.
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a passion for growth.
