Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct practical and theoretical classes on directing, cinematography, scriptwriting, editing, and production.
- Develop structured course content, lesson plans, and training materials.
- Supervise student film projects, guiding them from pre-production to post-production.
- Provide industry insights, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
- Train students on the use of professional film equipment, software, and shooting techniques.
- Organize guest lectures, workshops, and networking sessions with industry professionals.
- Stay updated on emerging filmmaking technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Degree or certification in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the film industry as a filmmaker, director, cinematographer, or editor.
- Strong knowledge of filmmaking techniques, industry best practices, and film production software.
- Teaching or mentorship experience in a film school or media training environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and instructional skills.
- Passion for nurturing creative talent and inspiring the next generation of filmmakers.
