Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to maintain accuracy in tracking assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and asset-liability strategies to optimize financial health and protect company assets.
- Establish internal controls for accounting transactions, budget management, and error prevention in financial reporting.
- Maintain and update accounting systems and software to ensure compliance with GAAP and accurate record-keeping.
- Supervise payroll management, fixed asset tracking, and the maintenance of financial documentation.
- Lead and motivate the finance team, fostering a strong customer service orientation and efficient issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in accounting software, financial systems, and GAAP.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
