Job Summary

The Finance & Admin Officer oversees all financial functions including budgeting, bookkeeping, payroll, loan tracking, and reporting, while supporting administrative operations. This is a hybrid role requiring strong knowledge of accounting systems and office administration. The officer ensures full compliance with BOI reporting requirements, internal budgeting standards, and statutory remittances. They work closely with the CEO and Operations Manager to plan cash flows, track expenditure, and maintain a transparent financial trail. They also handle supplier invoices, leases, insurance renewals, and procurement of admin essentials.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records for income, expenses, and capital deployment
