Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the organization’s budget, ensuring transparency and compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare financial reports for internal use and for donors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify funding opportunities and develop compelling grant proposals to secure resources for programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and philanthropic organizations.
- Coordinate with program teams to align fundraising goals with program needs.
- Monitor the financial performance of the organization and recommend strategies for sustainability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial management, fundraising, or grant writing.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting proposals and donor communications.
- Proficiency in accounting tools and donor management systems is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders and secure funding.
