The Finance Assistant will provide effective support for maintaining accurate and timely financial records tracking and processing financial transactions for Smollan Retal Solutions

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Data entry into accounting systems
- Ensuring accurate bookkeeping
- Supporting internal audits
- Performing cost analysis
- Creating tax documentation
- Assist with Payroll Management
- Processing receipts
- Preparing bank deposits
- Entering vendor invoices and other disbursement requests into accounting software
- Processing disbursement checks
- Maintaining financial files
- Prepare spreadsheets, collect data, and explain transactions.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Ikeja and its environ
- HND/ BSC in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Management.
- High level of confidentiality
- Good with any of the financial software
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Detail-oriented, precise, organized, and proactive
- General office skills including answering the telephone, maintaining files, etc
