Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning: Responsible for creating and overseeing the company’s financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Financial Reporting: Manage the preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing insights for decision-making.
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations, forecasting future needs, and optimizing working capital.
- Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost-saving measures to ensure expenses align with the budget and improve overall profitability
- Tax Management: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, optimizing the company’s tax position and managing timely tax payments to avoid penalties.
- Financial Auditing: Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, regulatory compliance, and implementing audit recommendations.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the company’s assets and minimize potential losses.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement financial policies to standardize operations, ensure compliance, and align with business strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Professional Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and tax policies, as well as proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
- Skills: Proficient in financial software (such as SAP, QuickBooks) and office software (such as Excel).
- Certifications: Preference for candidates with relevant professional certifications (such as CPA, ACCA).
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments.
- Professional Qualities: High sense of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork spirit.
- English Proficiency: Fluent in English, with the ability to understand and draft relevant financial documents.
