Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Manager, responsible for the management and reporting of financial information, including analyzing data, preparing financial reports, budgets, and all statutory records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Manage all accounting transactions

2.     Prepare budget forecasts

3.     Report financial statements on time

4.     Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing

5.     Manage all company statutory returns

6.     Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

7.     Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.

8.     Manage the Audit process

9.     Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

10 Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.     Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accountancy or Finance

2 Thorough knowledge of  accounting procedures and principles, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

3 Strong understanding of Accounting systems and processes

4  Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

5 Proactive, highly motivated and flexible

6 Highly organized and attentive to detail

7 Time and schedule sensitive

8 Experienced with relevant accounting software

9 Additional certification (ICAN or ACCA) is a plus
