Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher at Quality Foods Africa Group. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating efficient delivery services, ensuring effective communication with customers and team members, providing excellent customer service, performing data entry tasks, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment within Lagos State, Nigeria.

Job Description

• Plan and schedule dispatches based on delivery priorities.
• Coordinate with drivers, couriers, or delivery personnel to assign delivery routes and times.
• Monitor the availability of vehicles and staff for dispatch.
• Track the status of outgoing deliveries to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
• Monitor delivery progress and resolve any issues or delays in real-time.
• Communicate delivery updates with clients or relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and services.

Qualifications

• Dispatching, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and handle high-pressure situations
• Proximity to Yaba, Lagos State.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns
• Minimum of BSc/HND in Logistic Management, Supply Chain, or any related field.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a dispatcher or dispatch coordinator
• Knowledge of managing dispatch motorcycles
