Job Description/Requirements
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of financial accounts, operating procedures, and credit control
- Regularly review actual performance to plan, identify gaps, update forecasts, and recommend actions to course-correct performance
- Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, analyses, and interpretation of accounting records for use by Management.
- Prepare and analyze accurate monthly financial and management reports, including income statements, balance sheet, budget and variance, projections and forecast, and cash flow and financial forecasts
- Manage relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities
- Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
Qualifications
- BSc. Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, or ICAN is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Real Estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
- Possess a high level of integrity and is meticulous with good analytical and reporting skills.
- Responsible, independent, positive working attitude, and able to work in a team.
