Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic Content Creation & Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate will create, manage, and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive organic traction, and convert leads into sales. The person will work closely with the consultant designing our brand identity and website and directly impact DAASA's digital sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy
• Create, manage, and grow DAASA’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with the brand identity consultant and website designer
• Lead content creation, marketing campaigns, and digital initiatives
• Optimize digital marketing efforts to generate revenue
• Monitor and report on digital performance and conversions
• Develop paid and organic growth strategies to engage target audiences

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
• Expertise in content creation, social media advertising, and analytics tools
• Strong understanding of brand development, SEO, and lead generation
• Ability to create marketing materials and campaigns that drive sales
• A creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills

Benefits:

• Performance bonus: 1% of gross sales generated from digital platforms
• Hybrid work mode (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)- note that our prelaunch work mode is fully remote but physical presence is required at installation sites for content creation.
• Monthly gross salary at N120,000
• Annually Salary Review
• Year-end performance Bonus (Tailored to business performance for the financial year)
