Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide insights to support business growth.
- Manage and oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate audits, including financial statement audits and internal audits.
- Develop and implement financial plans to support business growth and strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- ICAN will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a farm or food production industry.
