Summary

Our client, a cryptocurrency-focused FinTech company, is seeking a results-oriented and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales function, driving revenue generation and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales within the FinTech or cryptocurrency industry, with experience in developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a proactive, motivated individual capable of achieving targets, enhancing client engagement, and managing key sales processes.


Location: Lekki, Lagos State

Work Schedule: Hybrid


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and client acquisition.
  • Identify and target new market opportunities, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring tailored solutions and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, addressing client needs proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, finance, and customer support, to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Work with marketing to create campaigns that drive lead generation and support conversions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Foster a results-driven, high-performance culture within the sales team, encouraging continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the FinTech or cryptocurrency industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a commitment to fostering team growth.
