About the Role:

The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and management of strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of partnership agreements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales and business development within the Insurance Industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.


  1. Partnership Management:
  • Identify potential partners that align with ETAP’s business goals and values.
  • Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and success


  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients and partners to ensure alignment and identify areas for improvement.


  1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Develop and implement market entry and expansion strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition.


  1. Sales Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team’s skills and performance.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.


  1. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the [InsurTech, Fintech, and Insurance space].
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attributes:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
