Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations across multiple locations
- Track vehicle movements, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption
- Develop and implement efficient routing strategies to minimize costs and delivery times
- Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, expenses, and performance metrics
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety requirements and comply with local transportation regulations
- Coordinate with drivers and maintenance personnel to address operational issues
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for fleet-related services
- Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, costs, and utilization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in fleet management or logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of transportation operations and vehicle maintenance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software
- Valid driver's license
